First Alarm Structure Fire in the 88 Box.

Today, The Engine and Rescue was dispatched to the 88-5 box in Middletown for a working structure fire. The Engine with a crew of eight and Rescue with six responded to 212 Dock Street in Royalton. As both apparatus was leaving to respond to the call, a thermal column could be seen from the station. Engine and Rescue arrived to find a trailer fully involved. Middletowns Crews made an aggressive attack upon arrival. Engine and Rescue 59s crew assisted Middletown with opening the side of the mobile home up to help gain control on the fire and assisted with overhaul operations. It was a great job by all the crews involved. We all hope the resident has a speedy recovery for the burn injuries sustained at the fire.
