Structure Fire in South Hanover

On Tuesday, Tanker 59 was dispatched to Willow Circle in South Hanover for a working structure fire. As Tanker 59 was responding, the updated information was a fire in a bedroom with fire showing on the exterior from the window. Tanker 59 arrived on location and was given the assignment to set up water supply to feed Engine 47. The crew hooked up and gave water immediately. The officer than reported to manpower to assist 47, 45 and 48 crews with various tasks. The officers set up fans along with salvage and overhaul operations. The first in crew from 47 did an excellent job of knocking the fire down in a matter of a few minutes along with all the crewmembers operating at the scene.
