Tanker respondes to 2nd Alarm Fire in York.

Tanker 59 was dispatched to 398 Big Spring Road for a 2nd alarm assignment for a commercial building fire. Tanker 59 responded with two personnel, once arriving on location Tanker 59 staged and sent the crew to manpower. While the crew was not being utilized, Command 68 requested Tanker 59 to respond to Fairview Township’s (68) station to stand-by while they operated at the fire. Tanker 59 stood-by for about three hours with Engine 40 (Paxtang) and Engine 55 (Highspire) until being released by Command 68.
